You can change what instrument is playing it, you can have it played an octave up or down, you can change the rhythm and notes played so that it calls back to the original melody but isn't exactly the same or you can use only part of that melody when it's played again.
For example, pic related is very roughly your melody. You could do things like have the notes go from high to low instead of low to high or change one of the half notes in the second measure into two quarter notes.
