Eh, you have to consider the cons of a multi-man team as well. It definitely helps to have multiple people collaborating and giving feedback in most cases, in fact I think that might be the reason Prism is ever going to come out. But you also have to consider the flaws, like if someone assigned to do something just doesn't do it. I mean they aren't getting paid, it's just a hobby, so they don't have to be accountable. In a one-man job you only have yourself to blame if you're lazy and don't get things done, in a multiman job there are now external factors you can't control.

Also infighting. It's not Pokémon but to my understanding the Mother 4 guys all hate each other and are only still working on it because they put so much time into it.

Still having trouble just due to starter choice, fortunately I'm close to getting Fury Cutter.

There's an "IV changer" in Superior Town, you apparently need an item for him to change an IV for you. Also I just now noticed you have EVs/IVs in the stat page for your Pokémon.

The stars must've aligned to give me such a poor start. I get Electroweb at Lv. 15 though so just five more levels of this.

The random Hypno from the forest actually had a small quest. Her son was somewhere else, and upon telling her, she telepathically thanks you and returns the favor by stealing Strength from some kid in town chargin a million dollars for it and giving it to you.
