While the stand user himself doesn't get any stronger, he gains a suit of tactical armor and near complete stealth at night. Using the stealth to sneak around a battle, the user and stand will trap an enemy, usually in an alleyway, and anyone who looks directly at Bat Out of Hells terrifying visage feels uncontrollable fear, and freeze in place. User gains poison tipped shuriken and can summon demonic bats at will from the shadows who can drain the life force from other stand users. Perfect against the cowardly and superstitious.
