I won't ditch it completely, I'll still be playing all games from before Gen 8. People are so ignorant to the fall of the franchise. But if you want to get the game then fair enough, it is your decision. The people who are the worst are the ones who see the problems but refuse to skip. The design of pokemon in Sword and Shield look pretty bad other than Eldegoss and Corviknight, and even Eldegoss is similar to Whimsicott. The franchise is just moving too slow and people are way to susceptible to their marketing tactics. I reckon they're holding off on a feature that will attract a lot of people who disliked it before. I'll just watch the series from a far, but I can't see it realistically getting any better. Watch the inevitable D/P remakes come out and 1/2 of the dexit people buy it. I mean the brand itself is difficult to convince people not to support, but when it comes to remakes and nostalgia, it's basically impossible. It's kinda sad but hey. It's just a trend in society as a whole to move so fast and not linger as much. Who can blame TPC for doing yearly releases desu, if idiots will buy it then why not? People just want the next thing to move onto. We see it here with the people begging for new information. People just can't be patient anymore. Greed is the worst.
