You'd have to, using two 5IV parents, get the missing IV inhereted from both, which is two independent 1/6 chances
A 2IV from 5IV parents with destiny knot literally isn't mathematically possible
Take the example of a 5IV ditto that's missing special attack and a 5IV primarina missing attack, the popplio in the WORST case inherets both missing attack stats and the random stat that isnt destiny knot controlled also isn't a 31, then you would still get three other stats at 31 from the 5IV parents
Most of the time, it's gonna only pick the perfect stats or one of the missing ones, so on average you should see WAY more 4 and 5 IVs when using a pair of 5 IVs, and rarely you can get a 6IV when the non destiny knot controlled stat rolls a 31, a 1/31 chance + 1/6 of pulling only perfect 31s from each parent
What the FUCK are you smoking that you can't just dexnav/sos chain/whatever method to obtain a 31 IV in each stat for a species and then breed them together, using any better offspring to get closer by "locking in" more good IVs, the only time this process isn't basically brainlessly easy is for pokemon with low female gender ratios, but then fucking ditto exists
If you obtain a ditto with 4 or 5IVS yoi should have no problem breeding a perfectly competitivley viable pokemon unless you're trying some retarded shit like a trick room special attacker with 0 speed and 0 attack
And then none of this shit matters unless you're gonna be playing fucking link battles on your damn gameboy or some shit in the current year cus any game with people still playing it online has bottle caps and mints to fix that bullshit
