I'll pitch an idea, why don't you try make pic-related into a tyranosaur-like mon?, Giant chicken raptor should be pretty fun of a concept. Pic related is a Deynonichus or something like that, which is the species that was posed as 'velociraptors' in Jurasic Park, so it could also work as a pop culture reference beyond being an injoke.
Besides that, there's so much chicken in this thing that, besides being fuckin' adorable it won't remind people so much of Toxi, so you'll have an easier time getting it approved.
