>>36275818The window where that's fine against Buzzwole is very narrow - with strong energy and regirock-ex rotating out mini-Buzz can only sledgehammer for 170 so unless they're going to hit a Lele it's a poor counterattack when you're most likely just going for the 3 KO game via Guzma spam. In fact exiling a buzz-GX just puts you at risk of them shrugging and just punting you for Lugia's entire health bar unless you're still at 5-6 Prizes and Beast ring spam isn't on the cards. At 1-4 you're better off just killing them.
Using it on U-Necrozma is something I'd only do if I missed the second DCE as opposed to voluntarily doing it - this is because U-Necro is a statcheck deck and taking something out of the game without recieving prizes for it when Necro doesn't run much good recursion for it just dying and being discarded isn't the preferable play. Necro itself is a guessing game of what other shit they run with their Malamars because it's the most interchangable self-building wheelchair deck in the format in terms of win conditions.
Maybe if we get some DCE recursion that coincidences with the genuinely due Zoroark-GX ban...until then, I'm patiently waiting to see what Blacephelon-GX does and how good it is combined with Ho-oh GX and Reshiram-GX as a fast statcheck face smasher deck. Something that isn't fucking Zoroark, basically.
