This trio never gets enough credit. In earlier seasons, their characters were written well, even geniusly. The humor, although mostly cheesy, was still enjoyable.
Team Rocket in the anime nowadays is actually serious, and dry. It makes me sad to see these characters fundamentally change for the worse.
