Wailmer is 2 meter tall which is higher than an average Japanese and Taichi is just 10 year old and Zenomaru being slightly taller than 10 year old actually makes him smaller. . The Cilff was several time bigger than than Wailmer itself.
Furthermore, don't forget that Lycanroc is small 2'07'' feet tall dog therefore it will take much force for it destroy a cliff than something as big Tracermon.
Not to mention material in the rock also matter and I can't remember anything with pink soil.

Triceramon didn't destroyed the rock completely ether and large part of that still remain. If anything Pikachu completely obliterate top half the rock unlike Tracermon.
