Set up my N64 recently and decided to play through my Silver copy through Stadium 2 since I have no working GB atm. Thankfully the save battery still works, tho my previous save got erased out of nowhere.
I love gen 2 Pokemon despite how shitty they can be, so my recently Johto playthroughs have been with only gen 2 Pokemon. Some of these like Girafarig, Smeargle, and Octillery I've never used in gen 2 before.
Although Smeargle is my favorite pokemon, it was a PAIN getting a moveset on it. I learned the hard way that you can't Sketch off transformed Dittos.
