Oh, here's an idea, an electric/ground mole one with a stylized star-shaped nose (and maybe star-shaped cheeks instead of the usual circles?) that navigates using electric pulses and it's specialized sensory organs (this let's it build giant fucking tunnel systems underground without ever getting lost). Because it's blind, it could have a sight-based equivalent of soundproof as a new exclusive ability (flash, leer, ect, have no effect), and probably have minus as it's obligatory hidden ability because why not.
