Raticate looks the way it does because its monstrous features are exaggerated. Rats, in pop culture and popular belief, are disgusting vermin with unkempt fur, oversized fangs, hideous limbs, and riddled with disease.
So here, I'm requesting a 'domestic' interpretation of Raticate. A well-groomed one that looks like it was raised in captivity from day one. Like a fancy rat in real life, if you will.
