Can we all just accept that all opinions about starters are valid so long as you recognize that Meganium and Typhlosion are trash that look like a poor man's fakemon? I mean, Meganium's just kinda bland, but what the fuck is with that fire on Typhlosion? Is it supposed to be like an upturned collar or something? It looks so stupid and out of place. It's like they forgot it was supposed to be a fire type until the last minute and hastily added in some fire on its body and called it a day. The fire's just so poorly implemented into the design. What kind of fire just extends out like a flat sheet of paper?
In terms of the trios as a whole, Gen 4 > 6 > 1 > 3 > 7 > 5 > 2. Torterra, Infernape, and Decidueye are my overall favorite.
