And it's not very popular? I understand that in terms of countering ground types, rain teams Ttar and Heatran Rotom-W is better, and that rock slide is very common with all the scarf'd landos everywhere, but you'd think the potential to win 1v1 against 3/4 the current top twelve would be worth something.
Am I ignoring some key flaw Rotom-H has? Is it that it can only have Overheat for fire STAB? Is it how common rain and Tyranitar are?
