It's a shame how largely overshadowed Machamp is by his successor Conkeldurr, and how far behind Machamp has fallen. He was the best anti lead in Gen IV and is still the example of that role in Smogon meaning of terms. Now, so many fighting types outperform him.
It's nice Machamp is in pokken but it's also almost like he was just there to be the punching bag of GF's and Japan's favorite pokemon. Which is ironic, since he is supposed to be a master of fighting.
