I have a 14/15/13 Shadow Zapdos, that due to how Zapdos distribution worked meant it got stuck with Charge Beam instead of Thundershock.
I'm considering using an Elite Fast TM to fix that then power it up to 40 with some spare rare candies, but I can't really justify it because I already have level 40 high-grade Raikou, Magnezone, and Electivire.
I only have the single Elite Fast TM because that's literally the only free one I've ever received (fuck spending that much coin just for a single community day box), and it would be a waste since it's just a boost to my PvE team.
Even with Charge Beam that Shadow Zapdos still outperforms everything else I have though. I haven't got the resources for a Zekrom though, it was not a good time for raiding.
