I don't have many encounters left in gearen, there's barely any Psychic types available at this point and 1 of them, Chingling, which can evolve into Chimeco fairly easily is arguably pretty shit due to bad movepool, Noctowl pretty much becomes a Psychic type via using it's crest, am I technically allowed to use it?
