An Evil Team who believes that since Humans are technically pokemon (due to Sinnoh lore), they should be just as catchable as any other pokemon species.
It's robotic based team that consists of android/robot grunts, cyborg admins, mecha pokemon bosses and finally, their leader who has two forms (Host human form and Base-sized A.I form). Their goal is to manufacture a special type of pokeballs that can successful capture and control humans for their own agendas.
Whether or not this special pokeball needs to function on a specific legendary pokemon's energy in order to work can be up to (You).
