-Introduced a new Battle Factory facility
-Introduced a handful of new Pokemon mid-generation
-Updated UI and appearance of certain in-game areas
-Improved Pokemon variety with larger regional dex
-Added O-Powers
-New and improved totem battles
-Grinding and Bottle Cap hunting made easier thanks to things like Chansey spawns
-Added fun side activities like Mantine Surfing, Photo Club, and Ultra Warpride
-Added sidequests to make the world feel more alive
-The ability to obtain Totem Pokemon for yourself
-Better controls (you move around faster on the overworld, don't know why nobody noticed this)
-Rainbow Rocket postgame with awesome remixes
That's probably not even everything. USUM added plenty and y'all just salty about no Battle Frontier.
