That's the most important thing when it comes to character design, and Nanu's design gets that down perfectly. You can see almost everything you need to know about his setting with him smirk. On top of that, his design gets the second most important thing correct too, being good, memorable and/or unique looking.
Basically, it meets all my standards for having a design be considered good.
