With Agility, this thing is a beast. A modest nature gives it 417 Sp. Attack and one use of Agility brings its speed up to 378. That's enough to outspeed anything with less than base 110 speed. And with 90/101/110 defenses, it can take a hit or two.
And Mold Breaker is a great a great ability for it! Lightningrod, Volt Absorb, Multiscale, Sturdy, Magic Bounce. All these (and more) become useless. Seeing someone send in a Dragonite only to have it annihilated in one hit is fucking hilarious every god damn time.
This thing is way better than people give it credit for.
