On the other hand I officially accepted pokemon is a trashtier franchise specifically because of their interactions. Their m8 battle is what higher level, official tournaments and institutions should be like in the series- respectable, professional adults with an occasional prodigy like Iris. Not the asspull bs screaming kids everywhere winning against jobbing veteran competition. If only competent people were in charge instead....
