Porygon took the credit as being the most dangerous Pokemon by giving 600+ Japanese children epileptic seizures that sent them all to the hospital and resulted in Pokemon being put on a 4 month hiatus. When I was in elementary school during the height of PokeMania, some kids in my school said Digimon were stronger than Pokemon. Well, Porygon is the exception. It actually IS a digital monster and had a real-world impact. Also, the rapidly flashing red and blue strobe lights match Porygon's color scheme.
