I am not a good pokemon player and the random NPCs should not be anymore skilled than a low skilled player. They're not meant to be overly challenging. So these are to act as a counterbalance to some of the ridiculous ones that have been made so hopefully we can approach a balance. Also, no abilities because I'll let somebody else decide those.
