Plus forming a competitive team is leagues easier in Gen 6 than in Gen 3, so more people would be willing to play it than in Emerald.>The Delta Episode is mostly just Zinnia exposition dumpingI also believe that both Team Aqua and Team Magma should've been trying to awaken their legendary Pokemon like in Emerald, but only one of the two succeeds depending on which version you have.
