Slaking is the only Pokemon that isn't a form (Wishiwashi) or Mega Evolution, with a BST surpassing Pseudo-Legendaries.
All Pseudo-Legendaries have a BST of 600, Slaking here has a BST of 670, up there with Groudon, Kroger, and Regigigas.
Literally the only thing preventing it from being a Legendary is the lack of a Legendary title, but even Pseudo-Legendaries get more recognition than Slaking.
It's time for a new category, Quasi-Legendaries. For the Non-Form Pokemon that surpass Pseudo-Legendaries but lack the Legendary title.
