>>35692932Brief update - Things have been challenging, but going okay. Lothar and Nazjar stood up to Will's psychic spasms, like Loth' torched Koga's bugs and Moira dealt with most of the rest. Crobat was annoying - kept spamming Double Team so Nazjar kept missing with Spark most of the time.
Up against Bruno, I didn't have anyone terribly too effective - didn't want to put Azshara in, too vulnerable, so I left it up to Moira boasting the highest Defense on the team. I see now that was a mistake. Things went fine at first, she knocked out both Hitmontop and Chan, but then Bruno brought out his Machamp early. Moira had taken a hit, but was still good to keep going. Then Machamp actually got a Cross Chop off and it crit.
Second Sandslash I've lost now. At least she actually got to the League, unlike Wyoming.
So Lothar revenged-killed Machamp and Hitmonlee, and Nazjar Surfed Onix to rubble.
This was kind of a first for me - a major loss in a League match before the Champion. Hoping this isn't an ill omen of things to come...
