After a few weeks and 1 community day I just quit. It was like after seeing packs of nerds roaming around downtown looking for shiny Larvitar scratched that jealous itch that I wasn't playing GO in July 2016.
I don't understand the appeal of the hardcore. It's the definition of soulless Pokemon. The entire thing is just a fucking genocide. I could go on but I don't think it's useful to bother.
Now I just watch a Trainer Tips video every 6 months or so to see what happened to the game. He's cool I guess.
