It's so fast that when it runs it generates electricity, which it stores in its hump which it releases via punches and kicks. The elongated tail helps it keep balance while it has its legs in the air during kicks. It also serves to give him some type coverage (Poison/Iron Tail).
It's not a slow bulky Kangaroo like Khangaskhan, but a speedy glasscanon.
