It's weird, despite pretty much every south american country has similar genetic makeups (ranging all the way from pure white to pure native, with some african spilled here and there), people from each country tend to have distinctive facial features. I can assume someone's nationality with relative accuracy no matter if they seem 90% white. Maybe it's the different tribes across South America that contributed to develop distinctive features among nations.
