Quagsire exists and has Toxic, but the recovery nerf really hurt it since Quagsire has always had really low stats and relied on Recover to stand up to anything. Toxapex lost Scald and Knock Off and doesn't really do much besides soak up hits. The Slowtwins lost FuturePort. Clefable, Tapu Fini, Zapdos, and Tornadus-T are all gone.
