They can't even do simple, common sense things like "give a release date for your product" or "communicate with your customers". They're still hiring a Community Manager (which is another fuck up, they obviously should have had this shit squared away before launch), so you COULD argue that that is the reason we've gotten basically NOTHING from them, but even a day 1 intern could log onto Facebook and say "we're aware of these problems and we're working on them, so thanks for your patience!" It isn't that fucking hard. I can almost excuse all of the glitches and stuff (for now) because as you said, they've never made something this big before, but from a PR standpoint, I do NOT understand how you can have a brain and fuck up this badly.
