>>29450567No. This is just for trainers. There's like literally a list of trainers in the game's code. To dumb it down, it looks like this:
(1) Lass Leah
1 pokemon on team
Rattata lv 4
Holds Oran berry
(lists it's attacks)
(lists evs, ivs, nature, etc)
The game then pulls up this data by looking up the "(1)" or whatever when you run into that npc. Hope this helps.
