Look I get it, early game bugs are purposely designed to be weak, and I'm cool with it. It's been like 20 years though. I think it's okay to expand on them.
Ledian is...Ledian. It just kinda NEEDS one. But also I really love Ariados a lot, and it's been overshadowed both in terms of usability and, debatably, coolness, by the likes of Galvantula and Araquanid.
The OG spider absolutely has room too evolve into something really cool. Give me a GIANT poison menace that lives up to its name of spider. Let it be the spider to end all spiders.
