Playing ORAS in college is still one of my fondest memories. I had 4 close friends who were really into it as well as a handful of other acquaintances, we would skip classes to trade breeding rejects, battle and smoke pot, we developed a heated meta where we were constantly raising new mons to beat each other’s aces. It really goes to show how a good friend group can elevate a sub-par game. Pic related was my ace, he was the target of a lot of rage, good times.
