Scizor always has Gengar in check, whether it be banded or specially defensive. It 2HKOs regardless, but with ass vest in the specially defensive set, it takes, at most, 25.3% from Shadow Ball while threatening the OHKO with Knock Off or a 2HKO with Bullet Punch. Gengar doesn't have a chance unless it spams protect and sub while Mega-Khan does its work.
On the Mega side, Heracross is JUST bulky enough to not be in KO range from Khan's Body Slam or Seismic Toss (assuming all are level 100 and not going on VGC rules). Hell, there's very little Mega-Khan can do to it other than hope to land a paralysis with Body Slam and get the full paralysis. Obviously, Mega-Hera wants to protect on turn 1, since getting Fake Out'd could prove fatal since Gengar and Khan combined could put it under, but if Gengar attacks, it dies to Scizor. Assuming it's Scizor vs Khan, this puts Scizor at a minor disadvantage since it comes down to chance on the Body Slam paralysis. It deals a whopping 76-90% with Superpower, but the attack drop puts its bullet punch down to only 19 - 23%, so it could just BARELY miss the KO with poor rolls.
Overall, I give it to the Heracross - Scizor team, but Gengar and Kangaskhan have a chance to steal it from pure scummy luck.
