1: Mega Rayquaza apparently mega evolves without a stone, but would that mean is only the one from ORAS? Rendering our Rays useless to mega evolve?
2: What are the Megastone exclusives? Or at leats from whatever rom got mined.
3: Hoopa seems to be a event, probably another future shit code that we need to get. Could the saved Hoopas trigger the event of his/her to obtain the item to chanage its form?
