Wigglytuff actually has a lot that could be done with it, and not even in a non-realistic way. Fluffy is a easy ability to fit on it, as would Punk Rock (or a clone with a more fitting name, like Libero/Protean). Beyond that a BST buff wouldn't be completely out of the question, though unlikely given it was given a (meager) buff not that long ago already.
