First one was good, but it's nothing the lore threads here didn't already touch on.

Part 2 and on are stupid but the alchemy stuff is cool I guess. His (their?) short videos (and the 'MV' from today) are absolutely youtubers tier terrible.

No, Pokemon Bank can receive RGBY mons, but that mons can't back to RGBY, just like BW2 mons. So Pokemon Bank can receive mons which come from another universes, but can't send them back. SM is compatible with XY/ORAS using Pokemon Bank because they are in same universe
