If champ sets modchat ac, opponent cant set it any higher. i dont remember how ac works but if you /nick off an autoconfirmed name, it should carry over.
So basically champ sets modchat ac the moment he enters battle, and like 90% of us can still talk and spam all we want and the opponent cant set it to modchat +.
