A Wigglytuff with helping speed focus (Adamant nature, helping speed M, helping speed S, helping bonus) is still really good at its E4E role and plenty viable.
Although yeah, a skill trigger focus (Careful nature, skill trigger M, skill trigger S) works much better overall.
Raenonx' rating tool puts my shiny Wiggly at 71st out of 3.4k combinations at level 50.

Due to BFS making helpers reach carry capacity sooner, that could ironically impact her ability to skill proc, but I interact with my helpers frequently enough throughout the day that it shouldn't matter. 75 and 100 is a long ways off anyway, but Inventory Up S (upgradable to M/L) will help with BFS.
