this is the first time i've seen a save prompt, and this is after i just beat up some random shitter, who was the second on the floor. i don't really know how this gets triggered, i can't tell if it's just the save prompt is hidden behind one trainer on a floor, or it's a chance that occurs after each trainer that grows with each trainer defeated.
probably the latter, and the chance is just guaranteed once you defeat all floor trainers
