90% of Arcanine art and sprites have them with a REALLY thick and fluffy mane that basically blends in face and neck. The gen 5 sprite has the mane be thinner around the neck part, plus the pose being really neutral rather than the usual action pose makes it very noticeable.
Tl;Dr that's slim Arcanine and we've seen fluffy Arcanine so far
