What is exactly happening when we store Pokemon in a PC? We know Bill has been experimenting with some extremely crazy stuff. In Red and Blue he had created a machine that transformed himself into a Pokemon. In Gold and Silver he was actually launching a new product that allowed people to trade Pokemon through time itself! WTF was going on with this guy? How smart was he? What did he understand even back then about the Pokeverse?
