>>39043368I've accepted that I no longer have much interest in the Pokémon franchise. I doubt voting with my wallet will affect sales much, and even if it did GameFreak will still find some excuse to make the games worse. I'm not going to waste my time on these games anymore.
I might revisit them one day but I'll no longer follow the games like I used to, and I definitely won't give GameFreak my money for them. It's now in the same vein as Assassin's Creed and Madden. Just a low effort yearly franchise.
