You mentioned Sycamore's lab. I really like its theme and I completely love Sycamore's theme.
I do think Laverre City is the best town theme is X/Y but I also like Coumarine (it was okay for me initially though) and Dendemille.
The whole culminating point of Team Flare has amazing music. Both legendary battle theme and Lysandre's music. Brilliant.
Before victory road, Snowbelle City gives a really good feeling when you enter it. Final town with kinda 'sad' music.
I completely love beginnings of gym leader theme and elite four theme but they are NOT amazing overall (they are getting worse with time). Champion battle is nice, I like it.
Also, Route 1 theme is amazing. I'm really disappointed the route itself is so short.
Glittering Cave theme had a huge impact on me. Playing this part of the game in the darkness with headphones on my head was a pleasure.
Ridding Skiddo, while incredibly short, is fun as well.
