Back on top Urshifu water will definitely be the sustain/lifesteal/multiple crit build for rapid hits while Dark will focus more on big damage 1 crit hit with some sustain/life steal.
So statically speaking Rapid style has the better chance on being meta since it can hit more and still crit.
