It could be called more of a "facility" than location, but it's Pokestar Studios for me. Every time I'm doing a replay, I get to that unskippable 15 minute segment and completely fall asleep, it kills my interest and I go play something else every time. It's also meant to be Pokemon Hollywood so it's probably crawling with sex offenders and drug addicts too.
