Meanwhile other parts of Fez's anatomy - such as the ribbon like eyebrows - can be seen as clear parallels to Unfezant. So evolve Tranquill with a Toxic Chain and a faint memory of Ho-Oh, and you get Fezandipiti. Who is actually really pretty.
