RNG guy from last week, how are encounters decided with shiny frames anyways? I thought one frame=1 same pokemon each time, but when looking in the Safari Zone one frame got me a Rhyhorn and a Gloom in the exact same grass. What is going on with this? Going for Regice with the first frame, wish me luck.
